Egg Casserole Recipe


  • 6 slices of bread lightly buttered.
  • 1 lb. ground sausage.
  • 1 cup grated cheese.8 eggs.
  • 2 cups milk.
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard.
  • Salt & pepper

Spray or lightly grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Line pan with buttered bread. Sauté sausage until crumbly and drain. Spread cooked sausage evenly over the bread, then layer with grated cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, salt & pepper and pour over ingredients.

Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Cook casserole at 350 for approximately 50 minutes or until egg is firm in center. Enjoy!
